What I Offer

Most people face some difficulties at some time in their life and may need help to look for some kind of change. My task as a counsellor is to help you see more clearly what your situation is and to find out how you are part of it then find new ways and ideas to overcome your difficulties.

Safety

I provide a professional space where your concerns can be explored safely and confidentially and where we can develop trust together, allowing you to come to a greater understanding of yourself.  You can then make more informed choices going forward, bringing a greater sense of wellbeing. I tailor my work to suit each individual.

My aim is not to give advice but to help you to identify what you wish to change through developing your awareness of your strengths and resources.

I am a member of BACP - MBACP (Accred) and abide by their Code of Ethics.pe by the BACP Crovide a professional space where your concerns can be explored safely and confidentially, allowing you to come to a greater understanding of yourself.make more inform greater sense of wellbeing. Opportunity

Counselling can be an opportunity to look at your inner self, to discuss issues that may be painful or confusing to you.  Often it is hard to talk with friends or family about difficult situations, and it may be easier to talk to a counsellor.

It is an opportunity to open your mind and look at things in a different way; an opportunity to discover yourself and to be truly heard perhaps for the first time and without any judgement.
