I trained at the Metanoia Institute in Ealing, which is recognised internationally as a place of teaching and learning excellence.  

 

I obtained a BSc (Hons) in Reflective Therapeutic Practice and the Metanoia Diploma in Humanistic Counselling.

My EMDR training was with EMDR Works in London where I completed the full four-part EMDR Europe Accredited training.  I am Europe Accredited EMDR Practitioner.

 

Previously I studied and taught Nutrition and Diet.  Training through the Royal Society for Public Health
